Shrink tube material specifications

General Purpose Labels: In addition to shrink tubes, LabelShop tapes are available for making general purpose labels. Widths ranging from 1/6" up to one inch are available. Tapes are made of durable, all-weather polyester base film with a permanent industrial-grade acrylic adhesive. A silcone liner release paper protects the adhesive until the label is applied.

Tapes are flexible and may be applied to curved surfaces. The chart below shows the available colors and part numbers (availability subject to change without notice).

LabelShop Ribbons: The ribbon is provided as a part of the tape cartridge, so there is no fumbling as you try to install a ribbon. Just snap the cartridge into place and both the tape and ribbon are installed. LabelShop ribbons are resin thermal transfer ribbons that provide UV, scratch, fade, chemical and smear resistance.
