For our customers technical support is always available during
normal business hours by calling our toll-free number or local
number (503). We continually provide training for our sales and
support staff so that they can help solve your labeling problems.
Since our
sales people do not do demos, they are always available during
business hours to take your call. If they can't help, we have
technical experts to assist you. You get free support for your
labeler when you need it!
We service all brands of labelers!
Our long history with labeling machines makes it easy for us to
service all types of industrial labeler printers. If we can get
the replacement parts, we can repair your labeler. Our first step
is to always work with you on the phone to solve the problem with
having to send the printer to us. We offer telephone assistance,
free replaqcement user manuals and fast shipping of supplies.
If your labeler
needs to be sent in for repairs, if it is repairable, it's almost
certain our service technicians can repair it. In some cases we
are able to send a free loaner while yours is in for service.

Free Loaner Machines
There may come a time when you need to send your labeler in for
a tune-up or repairs. We realize the importance of keeping down
time to a minimum. Therefore, we often will provide a free loaner
machine while yours is in for service. Our state-of-the-art service
department has factory-trained service technicians who receive
the best instruction available in order to get your equipment
up and running like new.
Huge Supply Inventory
Being one of the largest labeling supply dealers in the nation,
we are able to carry a huge supply inventory, even for discontinued
and obsolete equipment. This allows us to ship most label
printers and supplies the same day you order. Do you need something
right away? Let us know and in most cases we can ship anything
ordered before 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time in time to have it delivered
the next morning.
Generous Trade-ins
In most cases we are able to offer a trade-in allowance fon your
old labeler when you are puchasing a new machine. Call for specifics
on your labeler. You'll may be surprised at how much we can offer
for your used label printer.

Manufacturer Warranties
Are you tired of 'disappearing'
warranties when a manufacturer doesn't honor the promises they
made in their warranty? We fully honor all manufacturers' warranties.
We only sell products from reputable manufacturers. And should
the manufacturer not be able to honor a warranty, we will. You
can buy with confidence, because we'll be here with free technical
support (for our customers) and service should you need it. We've
even been known to honor warranties for machines we didn't sell!
