For our customers, technical support is always available during normal business hours (6:00 AM to 5:00 PM pacific time) by calling our toll-free or local number (area code 503). We continually provide training for our sales and support staff so that they can help solve your labeling problems.

Since our sales people do not do demos, they are always available during business hours to take your call (6:00 AM to 5:00 PM pacific time). If they can't help, we have technical experts to assist you. You get free support for your labeler when you need it!

We service all brands of labelers

Our long history with labeling machines makes it easy for us to service all types of industrial labeler printers. If we can get the replacement parts, we can repair your labeler. Our first step is always to work with you on the phone to solve the problem without having to send the printer to us. We also offer free replacement user manuals for most labeling machines.

If your labeler needs to be sent in for repairs, our service technicians can almost certainly repair it. In some cases we are able to send a free loaner while yours is in for service. Call us or use our online form to get more information.

Free loaner machines

There may come a time when you need to send your labeler in for a tune-up or repairs. We realize the importance of keeping down time to a minimum. Therefore, we often will provide a free loaner machine while yours is in for service. Our state-of-the-art service department has factory-trained service technicians who receive the best instruction available in order to get your equipment up and running like new.

Huge supply inventory

As one of the largest labeling supply dealers in the nation, we are able to carry a huge supply inventory, even for discontinued or obsolete equipment. This allows us to ship most label printers and supplies the same day you order. Do you need something right away? Let us know and in most cases we can ship anything ordered before 3:30 PM Pacific Time; with express shipping, you can have it delivered the next morning.

Generous trade-ins

In most cases we are able to offer a trade-in allowance for your old labeler when you purchase a new machine. Call for specific information on your labeler's value. You'll may be surprised at how much we can offer for many used machines.

We honor manufacturer warranties

We only sell products from reputable manufacturers, and we fully honor all manufacturers' warranties. Should the manufacturer not be able to honor a warranty, we will. You can buy with confidence, because we'll be here with free technical support and service should you need it.
